Nina Nisar is an associate of the Institute for Integrative Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding and works as an independant Dialogue Facilitator and active Peace and Conflict Consultant.
She is a political scientist and psychologist by education and wrote her thesis on Mediation in international socio-political conflicts while studying at the Universities of Frankfurt and Munich.
Her experience includes community development and dialogue work in India, facilitating conflict transformation in the Middle-East and designing participatory processes in organizations with research on inner conflicts and their manifestation in the outer world, deep dialogue and conflict transformation in large groups. Beside this her current interest lies in initiating dialogues in and for Afghanistan. |
