 Developing a Consultant Pool for FLICT
Facilitating Local Initiatives for Conflict Transformation (FLICT) aims to strengthen the capacity of Sri Lankan civil society to contribute towards conflict transformation, particularly at the local level. |
 Conflict Sensitive Reconstruction in Sri Lanka
This project consists of rebuilding three Tsunami devastated villages in Sri Lanka as well building an inter-community resource centre in the town of Trincomalee. The conflict sensitive approach ensures that the project addresses the needs of all communities equitably. The project also includes components for the strengthening of civil society. |
  Conflict Transformation in Southern Kyrgyzstan
In cooperation with the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and UNDP Kyrgyzstan, the IICP engaged in facilitating in specific conflicts in the South of Kyrgyzstan. In October 2005 the IICP facilitated cross-border conflicts between the Batken Oblast of Kyrgyzstan and the Sugd Oblast of Tajikistan. |
 Mediation in Skopje, Macedonia
The aim of the project was to contribute to the resolution of conflicts emerging from the rights of nations, ethnic groups and religious minorities to self-determination, while at the same time, maintaining the multi-ethnic state of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. |
