The training program consists of an induction workshop (2 days) and seven training modules of different durations as well as five days for a facilitated sharing of experiences and support for the field tasks:

Design of Peacebuilding Projects

Applied conflict transformation in relation to FLICT focus areas; stages of result based project management; Proposal writing & appraisal; Application of conflict analysis into strategies; project design; risk analysis |
Module 4 (4 Days)
Organizational Development
& Self Evaluation
Contents:
Organizational self analysis; leadership; information sharing & decision making procedures; participatory learning approaches; team-building; transparency / credibility / accountability |
Module 5 (4 Days)
Peace and Conflict Assessment
Contents:
PCIA and other conflict assessments; practical exercises and critical review of approaches |
Module 6 (3 days)
Impact Monitoring and Evaluation of Peacebuilding Projects
Contents:
Establishing the monitoring system, evaluation and report writing; public relations and strategies |
Module 7 (3 Days with parallel options)
Advanced Module on Conflict Transformation
Contents: Forms of power sharing and nationalism; reconciliation and dealing with the past; different stakeholders; peace education; advocacy & action / peace campaigning; gender & conflict transformation; conflict sensitive development |
